Spurs finally met some respite from the lean patch they had been in of late – a man of the match performance from Robbie Keane scoring twice well assisted by couple more from substitute Dimitar Berbatov helped Tottenham Hotspur knock off Fulham to march into the quarterfinals of the FA Cup. Spurs have been going through the worst phase in the Premiership slumping to the bottom half of the table recording only one win away from White Hart Lane this season – however, their away form in the FA Cup will receive a boast post the 4-0 win against Fulham at Craven Cottage. Keane scored in similar fashion from the edge of the box one in the seventh minute and adding another latter in the 69th minute – while Dimitar scored late in the second half to complete the rout for the North Londoners. The win has come as a great relief and booster for the Coach Martin Jol – Spurs were dealing with a poor run since Christmas and had recently given up on the lead to loose out to the archrivals Arsenal in the Carling Cup semi final.
