The 2006 site has registered 4.2 billion page views from June 9 to July 9. The 2002 website had attracted 2 billion page views. FIFA developed informative contents in the site. The site carried out video highlights of World Cup matches for the first time. Fans could watch over 125 million video streams and re-live the best moments of the action. It also went mobile for the first time ever and recorded above 73 million page views on the mobile web portal.
