The Sunderland’s new manger has received some words of device from Sir Alex Ferguson Who has been his coach for 13 years when Roy Keane played for Man U. Ferguson has advised Roy to be more tolerant in his approach if he wants to be a successful manager.
He has said that some players think that they know what it is to be a manager but when on test they fail to do it. It’s all about being able to handle the pressure that comes with the job. If a person isn’t forbearing and buckles down under pressure then he will never make a high-quality manager.
Though Roy is a sturdy chap but is known for loosing his cool, as anyone who has followed his career would know, will he adapt to the requirements of the position and guide the team to some good performances.
