Ashley Cole’s club Arsenal is holding out for as much as £30m for Cole - a price Chelsea have so far been unwilling to meet. Chelsea have admitted making a bid for the defender and are thought to have offered in the region of £20m.



The Arsenal chairman hopes that if the deal is not struck and Cole has to stay back he will stay with a right attitude and dedicate himself to the club once again as he has done in the past. Cole is going through some miserable time in his career but he deserves the best, whether the deal is struck or he has to stay back with his old club hope that he regains his composure and comes out though from this.
